Apex Appraisal's appraisers combine speed with quality in regard to appraisal delivery time. Appraisals are delivered, on average, within 4 working days of order retrieval and confirmation. The owner and/or borrower will be contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment. If there is any delay of appraisal, the owner/borrower will be contacted immediately.
